2 cab variants and 7 wheelbases

New Canter, new model designations

Available in two different versions, the Canter cab offers flexibility for a variety of applications. The large, extra-spacious Comfort cab ("C" type) is 1,995 mm wide. This is available in single cab or double cab versions (indicated with or without the letter ā€œDā€ at the end of the model code).

The single cab version has three seats as standard, while the crew cab has four doors and can seat seven passengers. More variability is also offered in the available wheelbases – 7 different versions from 2,500 mm to 4,470 mm depending on the model gives you additional flexibility in your Canter choice.

can be identified not only by its new styling and design but also by the changed model designations.

These now comprise a single digit for gross vehicle weight, a single letter denoting the cab width, two digits indicating the engine output rating in hp and, where applicable, a further letter (D) denoting crewcab.

Thus the model code 3C13D, for example, stands for a 3.5 tonne model with comfort cab, maximum output of 92 kW (125 hp) and crew cab. A Canter 7C14 is a 7.5 tonne model with wide Comfort cab and maximum output of 105 kW (143 hp).
